Collaboration is the key to transformative change. I enjoy using my experiences in research, public speaking, and community engagement to strengthen relationships and improve organizational dynamics. To build more equitable and inclusive spaces, I bring the following principles into every project:
Transformation: People, places, and polices can change. It may not be easy, but growth is always possible.
Restoration: Building new systems requires addressing past harms. “Band-aids” and quick-fixes are not sustainable—accountability matters.
Evidence: Content, frameworks, and design are based on proven methods. Diverse perspectives must be represented, especially those of women, people of color, and the LGBTQ community.
Authenticity: Everyone must feel empowered to participate as their full self in order for engagement to be effective.
